Trying some thing new, some thing different

Had a chef recommend to me, to reduce balsamic vinegar, and use this to create an ice cream. In talking to a friend we worked out making the balsamic vinegar and add strawberries to it. Im an hour into the vinegar reduction. I will keep you posted on how this turns out. And what others say after tasting it.
