I have un packed the boxes. Of course my ice cream machine was one of the first things in to the new kitchen. I am looking forward to working on some new ice creams. Keep checking back, as I will keep you up to date with my new creations.

This one ended up being a very simple recipe, but tastes so very good. It will be in book two.

Had to put the creative energy on hold, until I move into my new place. Save on trying to pack up and move ice creams. Guess I can always invite friends around and have an ice cream blow out.

Tried a bit of the chocolate sauce my son and I accidentally created when were were trying to make the chocolate toffee. I think with a little bit of crushed nuts on it, would taste great and remind me of the frozen bananas we used to get in summer. Some times an accident can help you create a new dish, a new favourite. Im so glad I have my son interested in trying new things in the kitchen. Even better when he sees not every thing works out the first time.

Almost finished with my 4th batch of ice cream today, and my Cuisinart ice cream machine is going strong. I have made 6 batches in one day before. And the last came out as great as the first. They have made a newer model. If it is as good as the one I use, it will not let you down.

Next flavour to test is banana cinnamon ice cream. Nice ripe bananas and some ground cinnamon. Now I just have to wait for the ice cream maker to finish, to see how it came out.
