The Christmas pudding was a huge hit. The staff at work loved it. One got the kids they teach, some of my ice cream for end of term break. And they all loved it too. Makes me happy that others like the flavours I make. Keeps me making more, and new ones.

I am really happy with the reaction to my pecan pie ice cream...orders are coming in and the creating in the kitchen is at an all time high...i'm loving the challenge of coming up with new and delicious recipes...stay tuned for some new exciting, mouth watering creations- back to ice creaming I go!
Today I made a creme brûlée ice cream. It took two goes to not burn the caramelised sugar. The ice cream came out great.
Book one is on sale on the Apple iBook store. Now working on more new recipes. Tonight I made dark chocolate coffee mousse, and it came out just how I wanted it. Rich, but still smooth. It was hard to put down. I could eat it all, but enjoy sharing with others too. Tomorrow my taste tester gives it a try.
