Today I made a creme brûlée ice cream. It took two goes to not burn the caramelised sugar. The ice cream came out great.
Book one is on sale on the Apple iBook store. Now working on more new recipes. Tonight I made dark chocolate coffee mousse, and it came out just how I wanted it. Rich, but still smooth. It was hard to put down. I could eat it all, but enjoy sharing with others too. Tomorrow my taste tester gives it a try.
