Went out the other day to get a pecan pie for some inspiration for a new ice cream. After some thorough taste testing of the pie, the ice cream turned out amazing. I coated the pecan's in toffee and mixed them through, my son calls it the tasty glass.
Today I made a creme brûlée ice cream. It took two goes to not burn the caramelised sugar. The ice cream came out great.
Book one is on sale on the Apple iBook store. Now working on more new recipes. Tonight I made dark chocolate coffee mousse, and it came out just how I wanted it. Rich, but still smooth. It was hard to put down. I could eat it all, but enjoy sharing with others too. Tomorrow my taste tester gives it a try.
